The successful candidate will provide an effective customer service, including Disclosure & Barring Service checks, Recruitment and Organisation Management. They will ensure applications/ forms are processed appropriately for a range of stakeholders and in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures and ensuring compliance.

They will manage efficient recruitment processes, liaising with a variety of stakeholders (including schools, public and private sector organisations and media advertising) and will maintain the accuracy of the organisation structure, ensuring organisation units, jobs and positions are managed appropriately.
