People Manager - Hybrid HR Leader for Hospice Care

Wigan & Leigh Hospice is seeking a People Manager to lead the HR function, shape the workforce strategy, and advise managers on complex people issues affecting staff and volunteers. You will oversee a small team and partner with senior leaders to drive improvements across Employment Practice and workforce planning.

You will promote an inclusive culture, coach managers, and ensure governance and wellbeing initiatives are embedded in daily practice, delivering high-quality, values-driven care.
