People Manager - Channel Domain - 6 months+ - NL

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced Interim People Manager with strong leadership capability and domain affinity to support a key organisation during a transitional period.

Are you a hands-on leader who quickly understands complex environments, can manage challenging stakeholders, and is not afraid to step in for your team? This could be an excellent short-term opportunity.

What you'll be doing:

. Providing day-to-day leadership for the retail/APL team during an interim period
. Rapidly onboarding into the domain to ensure operational continuity
. Acting as a reliable point of support and escalation for team members
. Managing complex and sometimes challenging stakeholder landscapes
. Representing and protecting the team when needed, ensuring they remain empowered
. Collaborating across digital, customer, and Front End domains (business & consumer)
. Ensuring stability and alignment within the department during a period of transition

What we're looking for:

. Strong experience as a People Manager or Department Lead
. Ability to quickly understand domain content and operate hands-on
. Confident leadership style with the ability to step in where needed
. Proven experience managing difficult stakeholders and organisational dynamics
. Background in Digital, Customer, or Front End environments (B2B and/or B2C)
. Someone resilient, pragmatic, and able to build trust quickly

Details:

. Start: ASAP
. Duration: 6 months
. Workload: 40 hours per week/part time possible as well.
. Location: Hybrid - Netherlands
. Contract Type: Payrolling only no zzp
. Rate: Competitive - based on experience
