People-First Employee Relations Specialist

JD Sports Head Office, based in Rochdale/Bury area, is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to deliver a proactive, compliant ER service across Retail, Gyms, Supply Chain and Head Office.

You will provide generalist HR advice to line managers, support disciplinary and absence matters, maintain GDPR-compliant records and stay up-to-date with employment law and best practice. Travel to Kingsway and other sites is required.
