People Experience Manager

Location: UK flexible

Salary: £45,500- £49,333 per annum

Hours: 35 per week

Contract: Fixed term contract to 31st December 2026

What will a day in the life of a People Experience Manager involve?
  • Deliver people first improvements by shaping employee journeys and ensuring experiences meet high, inclusive standards.
  • Lead our listening strategy, running surveys, analysing insights, and driving actions that strengthen the employee voice.
  • Create engaging, inclusive activities and events that build culture, connection, and belonging.
  • Collaborate across the People Team and wider organisation to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and share best practice.
  • Support and develop others, fostering a collaborative, learning focused team environment.
To be a successful People Experience Manager, what will you need?
  • Ability to plan and prioritise complex work to deliver high value outcomes.
  • Skills in human centred, inclusive design and creating accessible, equitable solutions.
  • To be a strong communicator and collaborator who builds trust and turns insight into action.
  • Confidence using data, audience insight, and employee voice to guide decisions.
  • Proven experience leading people and supporting teams and stakeholders to achieve their goals and successfully navigate change.
