Employee Relations Specialist (9-Month Temporary Contract)

Be part of a specialist HR/People team that puts employee experience and fairness at the heart of their mission based on a hybrid basis in their Dublin West operation on a contract basis for 9 months.

About the Role
  • As an Employee Relations Specialist,you'll support managers and staff with workplace relations mattersacross all employees within the EMEA region.
  • Manage diverse caseloads, resolving employee issues on a ticketing system.
  • Advise on attendance and long-term absence processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with timeframes.
  • Coach leaders, especially within operational and customer-focused teams, on best practice approaches to people management and employee concerns.
  • Undertake and support investigations, performance-related matters, and employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, probation, and change projects.
  • Ensure thorough administration of workplace cases using internal systems, working to defined timelines and high service standards.
What You Need
  • Experience in employee relations (around 5 years, ideally within a complex or multinational setting).
  • Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., HRIS, ticketing or workflow platforms).
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities with confidence to advise all levels of leadership.
  • Skilled communicator who quickly builds rapport and promotes a positive team dynamic.
