People Development Specialist - Police L&D

Essex Police and Kent Police are seeking a Development Opportunities Lead to support learning and development across both forces within the Talent Management space. The role involves delivering development opportunities, supporting promotion and succession planning, and engaging with resourcing and operational teams.

Responsibilities include leading promotion boards, coordinating senior staff selection, and aligning activities with organisational strategy while managing multiple workstreams and
