Digital Systems Trainer
Location: Hybrid/Flexible (Bristol) Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week - 08:00 - 17:00
Working Model: Hybrid working available, including a 9-day fortnight
Join Speedy Hire PLC during an exciting period of transformation! We have a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Digital Systems Trainer to support our transformation projects. This is an exciting time to join the Talent and Development team and develop your skills in learning and development as we continue our People first journey as part of Velocity.
The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Change and Transformation teams to develop and deliver high-quality training on Speedy Systems throughout the business as they change and evolve, including new system rollouts. We will provide training and support to develop your skills, requiring knowledge of Speedy Systems, particularly D365.
There will be significant travel to all depots and locations to support project rollouts, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential. We will train you to utilize our learning management system and eLearning tools, and to develop and deliver digital learning modules, as well as engaging face-to-face and virtual workshops to support Speedy's strategic aims.
What You'll Need- Excellent knowledge of Speedy systems such as D365
- Experience in developing and delivering engaging training in digital, virtual, and classroom environments
- Clear and articulate communication skills to engage stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality
- Ability to inspire others and promote continuous learning
