We have a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Digital Systems Trainer to support the delivery of our transformation projects. This is an exciting time to join the Talent and Development team if you want to develop your skills in learning and development as we continue our People first journey as part of Velocity.
The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Change and Transformation teams to develop and deliver high-quality training on Speedy Systems across the business as they evolve and new systems are introduced with each transformation project. We will provide training and support to develop your skills, requiring knowledge of Speedy Systems, particularly D365.
There will be significant travel to our depots and locations to support project rollouts, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
We will help you develop skills in utilizing our learning management system and eLearning tools, and train you to create and deliver digital learning modules, as well as engaging face-to-face and virtual workshops to support Speedy's strategic goals.
What you'll need:
- Excellent knowledge of Speedy systems such as D365
- Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks
- A proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality
- Ability to inspire others and foster development
- A passion for continuous learning and adaptability to new practices
