  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, diaries, reporting, expenses, and investigation-related administration
  • Partner closely with HR, Employment Counsel, Compliance, and senior stakeholders across EMEA and global teams
  • Ensure all records, communications, and case materials are managed with strict confidentiality and procedural accuracy
  • Support reporting, governance, audit, and employee relations tracking activities
  • Assist with cross-border investigations and international coordination where required

Required Experience

  • Experience within Employee Relations, HR, Workplace Investigations, Legal, Compliance, Governance, or HR Operations environments
  • Previous exposure to employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, or sensitive case management activity
  • Strong experience producing accurate meeting notes, investigation documentation, or formal records
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience using HRIS, case management, or workflow tools such as CaseIQ, Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign, or similar enterprise platforms

Bonus Points (experience/skills)

  • Experience supporting workplace investigations or Employment Law-related processes within a multinational organisation
  • Exposure to governance, ethics, compliance, or organisational risk management functions
  • Additional European language skills including French, Spanish, or Polish are advantageous
