Temporary People Business Partner until Jan 2026 in Plymouth

This role is ideally due to commence in August ready for the new term in September until the end of January 2026.
Full time Monday - Friday standard office hours. Plymouth based hybrid working.

Your new role
To provide expert advice and support to managers on all aspects of People management, ensuring alignment with current employment legislation and best practices.
- Providing expert advice
- Ensuring compliance
- Building relationships
- Promoting HR initiatives
- Supporting the Head of People

What you'll need to succeed
Previous People Partner experience in a medium/ large organisation.
Ability to build strong relationships and be passionate about supporting the Trust's vision and values.
The role requires an understanding of employee relations, dispute resolution and organisational change.
