The opportunity

We're looking for a People & Talent Specialist to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle, from attracting great talent to delivering a positive and engaging employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone early in their People/HR career who is looking to grow into a specialist role, gaining hands on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and people operations in a fast paced, growing global organisation.

What you'll do Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.

  • Use ATS to manage recruitment workflows and improve efficiency and automation.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.

Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.

  • Support and deliver employee induction sessions, providing clarity on policies and processes.

  • Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit interviews and retrieval of company property.

  • Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding administration and continuously look for ways to improve processes.

People Operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for general employee queries.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in HRIS.

  • Assist in updating the team handbook and company policies.

  • Track probation periods and support review cycles.

  • Assist with benefits administration (pension, health insurance, leave, etc.)

  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and team events.

  • Generate reports on key HR metrics.

What we're looking for
  • 2-3 years' experience in HR, people operations, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

  • Qualification in HR, business, or related field.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Comfortable using HRIS/ATS (e.g. HiBob, Teamtailor, BambooHR or similar).

  • Strong interest in recruitment and delivering a great candidate experience.

  • A proactive, can do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop in a People role.
