People & Talent: Consultant/Senior Consultant

London, United Kingdom

People and Talent Consultant or Senior Consultant

We set out to build the world's most trusted consulting firm- creating lasting impact for clients and pioneering a positive, people-first way of working. We work with everyone from FTSE 100 names to bright new start-ups, in every sector.

You'll find us collaborating shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients, from the big picture right down to the detail: helping them define their strategy, deliver complex change, spot the right commercial opportunities, manage risk or bring their purpose and sustainability goals to life. Our clients love how we get to know what makes their organisation stick - slotting seamlessly into their teams and being proudly geeky about solving their challenges.

We have hubs in Europe, the US, Asia and Australia, and we work all around the world - from a wind farm in Wyoming to a boardroom in Berlin. Find us wherever there's a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.

Our People and Talent practice are looking for an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join the team. We are experts who put people first to build workplaces where people can thrive. We drive and enable business performance and productivity by accelerating people potential through culture, capability and workforce transformation.

What you will be doing

As a member of our team, you'll be doing a breadth of interesting work across our industries and our broader organisational design and agility, and transformation and change capabilities, delivering exciting projects that require culture, leadership, workforce optimisation, capability building and HR transformation skillsets. Our consultants work with our clients, often in the context of large-scale, complex business transformations to:

  • Drive and enact workforce transformation by aligning people and talent strategies to evolving operating models to deliver strategic business goals.
  • Enable people productivity and experience through AI transformation introducing new tools, data driven processes and digital ways of working.
  • Define and activate the cultural ambition, including objective assessment of the gap between the current and target culture, developing new leadership capabilities, infusing the culture across the organisational ecosystem, and making it real through people-led experiences.
  • Unlock and accelerate people performance by optimising the workforce infrastructure - co-creating capability frameworks and assessing future skills, building robust workforce plans, designing and developing routes for skills growth and optimisation.
  • Drive top team effectiveness, collaborating with senior leadership teams to unlock organisational vision and strategy, developing new leadership capabilities and embedding culture through leadership behaviours.
  • Transform the HR function as a strategic enabler to drive commercial outcomes and providing expertise in transitioning large numbers of people into new operating models.

Your skills and experience

  • You have demonstrable consulting experience supporting and delivering a selection of the following strategic People and Talent solutions, ideally across a range of market sectors.
  • You take personal ownership of your work and may have some experience in shaping client deliverables that have delivered clear impact and value.
  • You effectively manage your time and seek to deliver work to a high quality, with good attention to detail.
  • You have experience in using AI and digital tools to optimise project delivery and to create impactful solutions for clients.
  • You have experience in communicating and engaging with a range of stakeholders/clients and can do so in a way that instils confidence.
