Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) is the public broadcasting institution in North Rhine-Westphalia/Germany and one of the largest media organizations in Europe. As part of ARD, Germany's nationwide network of regional public broadcasters, WDR contributes to a diverse and independent media landscape. The ARD Studio Brussels provides in-depth coverage of European politics, NATO and current developments in the Benelux countries. This requires not only journalistic excellence, but also a solid administrative foundation. As People & Operations Manager, you will serve as the organizational backbone for all colleagues on site, ensuring the conditions for our current reporting and high-quality contributions.
