People & Culture Project Officer

We are the University of Cumbria, serving our communities with a focus on people, place, and partnership. We are currently delivering our 'Towards 2030' strategic plan, aimed at leveraging our key assets to foster economic well-being regionally, nationally, and internationally.

We are recruiting a Project Officer to support the People & Culture team. This role involves driving forward initiatives from university-wide action plans related to people and culture strategies.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, work independently, and research and communicate initiatives effectively across the university.

Key qualities include excellent attention to detail, research and report writing skills, strong interpersonal and networking abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
