People & Culture Generalist - Recruitment Specialist (f/m/x)

Allergies are diagnosed in a highly specific manner so that patients receive help by their specialist in no time. We increase quality of life, enable personalized treatment, advance research and relieve our health system.

• (International) recruiting and continuous improvement of related strategies

• Management of Employer of Record (EOR)- associated activities

• Active sourcing and building talent pipelines to attract qualified candidates

• Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

• Administrative and organizational implementation of all processes along the employee life cycle

• Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related topics

• Completed education, preferably in the field of Human Resources or related

• 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in recruiting within the

life science industry

• Passion for identifying and supporting talent throughout the recruitment process

• Own-initiative, structured and quality-oriented working style, resilient personality

• Good PC skills; experience with HR-tools of advantage

• Professional command of German and English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and willingness to learn

• Experience in labor law or a legal background is a plus

• A permanent full-time position

For the cooperation in our team, we offer a payment in line with collective agreement (Handwerk und Gewerbe) based on a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your previous experience and qualifications.
