About the role
The People and Culture Coordinator will primarily support the Trinity recruitment function and People Partners in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business regarding all internal and external recruitment and onboarding-related administrative tasks. You will have a wide remit and will deal with all administrativeaspects of the candidate attraction and selection process, gaining a working knowledge of the recruitment function. In addition, the role will also lend support to the wider People and Culture team in generalist people-related administrative tasks to ensure an effective and quality service is delivered to our internal stakeholders.
- To act as the first point of contact for phone and email queries from prospective job applicants.
- To assist on the drafting of job advertisements, liaising with advertisers and posting vacancies on the Trinity website, Intranet page, public job boards and other network forums.
- To confirm interview date and times with hiring managers, and as well as sending out diary invites and interview details to candidates.
- To prepare offer letters and contract generation for both internal employees who are changing roles and external candidates joining Trinity.
- To upload and maintain up-to-date information and records for new starters and employees on BambooHR and ensure that are secure, accurate and fully compliant with relevant legislation.
About you
• Experience of working in recruitment or HR administration, either agency or in-house.
• A passion for working with people and working in an international organisation.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
• The ability to manage own workload and prioritise to meet deadlines and respond to changing demands.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work on multiple tasks and projects.
