Key duties and responsibilities Employee experience and engagement

• Champion an inclusive, engaging culture.
• Lead engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives.

Onboarding, development and talent support

• Support hiring managers with onboarding and interviews.
• Identify development opportunities to support retention and growth.

Employee relations and advisory

• Advise managers on people matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, escalating where needed.
