People & Culture Architect - AI-Driven, Remote Europe

Optiml in London is seeking a senior People Operations lead to treat People Ops as a product. You will own onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and culture initiatives across CH/DE/UK, using an AI-native stack (Notion, Slack, automation) to scale a lean team.

You will design automated HR workflows, manage recruiting end-to-end, and partner with managers to align role requirements and interview kits. This role demands hands-on ownership and cross-country compliance.
