People Advisory Lead - Hybrid HR Leadership

Starling Bank Limited is seeking a senior HR leader to head the People Advisory team, delivering high-quality employee guidance and senior escalation for complex queries. You will partner with People Partners and CoEs to drive a seamless employee experience.

You will own continuous improvement of HR processes, ensure compliance with GDPR and regulatory standards, and manage stakeholder relationships with senior leaders across the bank.
