People Advisor: Employee Relations Specialist

Vindis Group invites applications for a People Advisor to join our People Team. You will support day-to-day HR operations, manage a varied Employee Relations caseload, and provide guidance to line managers on ER matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills, plus a full UK driving licence. CIPD qualification (Level 3+) is preferred as part of our commitment to employee development.
