Job Description
Trethowans LLP in Southampton is seeking a proactive People Advisor to join the People Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role combines generalist HR duties with coordination of early careers and professional qualification programmes.
You will provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and staff, support absence management, employee relations, and help recruit and develop trainees and apprentices across multiple offices.
