People Advisor - Hybrid HR Partner for Major Infrastructure

Morson Human Resources Limited is recruiting a People Advisor to support a site-based workforce across Devonport and Hinkley Point C. In this hybrid role you'll partner with operational managers to provide practical HR support, employee relations and recruitment activities.

You'll coach managers, apply HR policies in line with legislation, maintain accurate records, and help shape an engaging workplace culture on major infrastructure projects. CIPD Level 5 is preferred.
