Job Description

Admin Systems Analyst

As an Analyst within our Admin Systems team, you will deliver work in a consistent and market-leading manner. This position is key to ensuring ongoing work is delivered effectively for the Pensions Administration business.

The role reports to the Work/Skill Leads and is part of the Admin Systems team. You will work closely with the Pensions Administration business and stakeholders across Isio.

What does the role entail?

  1. Work within a team to deliver Admin Systems work.
  2. Deliver work consistently and efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and systems across the technical skill.
  4. Contribute to the delivery of solutions through coding and configuration of admin platforms.
  5. Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent and effective solution delivery.
  6. Work with Work and Skill Leads to develop solutions as needed.
  7. Participate in building optimized solutions to reduce maintenance and improve efficiency.
  8. Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures related to Admin Systems.
  9. Coordinate with Applications and Systems team for task handovers.
  10. Ensure all work aligns with governance frameworks and is well-documented.
  11. Promote continuous improvement within the team to enhance understanding and performance.
  12. Participate in training and mentoring of team members, especially less experienced colleagues.
  13. Ensure processes support ISO27001 & ISO22301 certifications, emphasizing security considerations.
