We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pension Transfer Advisor to join a highly regarded and well-established financial services firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, professional team with a strong reputation for client care and technical excellence.

As a Pension Transfer Advisor, you will provide high-quality, compliant financial advice to clients considering transferring their pensions, ensuring all recommendations are in the client's best interests.

• Provide regulated advice on pension transfers, including DB to DC transfers
• Conduct full client fact-finds and assess suitability of recommendations
• Prepare and present detailed, compliant reports
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Ensure all advice meets FCA regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administration teams

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (essential)
• AF3 / G60 / Pension Transfer Specialist qualification (preferred)
• Proven experience advising on pension transfers
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
