PEGA Lead Business Architect

Pega lead business architect - hybrid, 1 day on-site (groningen/zwolle region)

We are looking for a pega lead business architect to join a project team supporting multiple government-focused initiatives. This hybrid role combines business analyst and business architect responsibilities, ensuring processes and systems are documented, business models assessed, and solutions aligned with strategic objectives. You will work closely with local solution architects (lsa's) and contribute both to project delivery and strategic planning.

key responsibilities:

• lead business architecture activities for pega-based implementations

• document processes and system workflows, and assess integration with technology

• support development of solutions in line with strategic objectives

• contribute to strategy and planning from a business architecture perspective

• collaborate with workflow and document management teams, including alfresco integration

requirements:

• hbo degree in business informatics or related field

• pega certified senior system architect

• pega certified business architect

• pega certified decisioning consultant

• minimum 2 years experience as a lead business architect

• minimum 2 years experience in implementation projects combining workflow and document management systems

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• proactive and able to take the lead in decisions

• team player, but able to work independently

• client-oriented and assertive

• stress resilient and persistent

• fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)

• experience in agile working methods (story mapping, user stories, innovation games)

• knowledge of workflow and document management integration with pega/alfresco

• thought leadership in business architecture
