LOGOPSYCOM is an innovative education center dedicated to creating inclusive, engaging, and impactful learning experiences. We specialize in gamification, transversal learning, and digital skills development, working on topics ranging from cultural heritage to STEM and entrepreneurship.

Based in Mons, our team leads 38 international EU-funded projects under Erasmus+ and Creative Europe. We're passionate about designing valuable initiatives like pedagogical escape rooms, e-books on language educational chatbots, and storytelling through heritage.

As Logopsycom was initially created as a care company, specialized on learning disorders, among youngsters, especially in "Dys" (Dyspraxia, Dysphasia, Dyslexia, etc.), also called Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), we therefore always works on the accessibility of content.

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mons. You'll oversee the creation of project outputs, ensure high-quality implementation, and collaborate with international teams on innovative educational solutions.


Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Pedagogical Project Coordinator based in Mons with work-from-home flexibility (2 days in office, 3 days at home). The Pedagogical Project Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of educational projects.

Key responsibilities include

  • Coordinating with project partners
  • Participation to transnational project meetings across Europe
  • Developing educational content
  • Managing project timelines
  • Conducting research
  • Preparing reports
  • Ensuring compliance with project guidelines


The role also involves supporting the development of tools and methods for education and the participation to project submission.


Must-Haves:

  • Strong (B2) English and French (written and spoken).
  • Quick learner with an organized and structured approach.
  • High level of commitment, responsibility, and adaptability.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in areas such as game design, teaching, entrepreneurship, youth work, green education, or cultural heritage.
  • Knowledge of the Erasmus+ program or other EU-funded programmes.
