An Ofsted-rated Good secondary school in Dudley is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Female PE Teacher to join their department from September 2026 on a full-time, long-term supply basis.
The role involves delivering engaging Physical Education lessons across KS3 and KS4, promoting participation, teamwork, resilience, and physical well being. You will be responsible for both practical and theory-based lessons, helping students develop their sporting abilities and understanding of healthy, active lifestyles.
As a full-time member of the department, you may also have the opportunity to contribute to extracurricular clubs, fixtures, and sporting events, supporting the school's wider commitment to student enrichment and achievement.
The CandidateThe successful candidate will:
- Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification); ECTs are welcome to apply
- Have experience teaching PE at secondary level
- Be confident delivering a range of sports and physical activities across KS3 and KS4
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be passionate about promoting health, fitness, and student participation
- Have the ability to motivate and inspire young people to achieve their potential
