PDI Technician

We are currently seeking a qualified PDI Technician to join a reputable Main Dealer group in Ellesmere Port. Duties of the PDI Technician:

• Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to exact manufacturer standards using the latest technology
• Performing vehicle health checks and routine servicing tasks
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs as authorised by customers
• Completing warranty repairs accurately and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer procedures
• Road testing vehicles to confirm fault rectification and optimal performance
• Ensuring all documentation related to diagnostics, repairs, and inspections is completed accurately
• Supporting the wider team with additional repairs when required, maintaining quality standards throughout

Requirements of the PDI Technician:

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in vehicle repair and maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within a high-performance environment
• Previous experience working with a recognised manufacturer is advantageous, but comprehensive brand training will be provided
