PCN Clinical Pharmacist

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity with a highly respected and forward-thinking PCN, seeking to add a Clinical Pharmacist to their established Pharmacy team. The role is primarily based at a single site within the PCN, working closely with the existing Pharmacy team. The PCN supports your development in Independent Prescribing and the CPPE pathway, welcoming Pharmacists from community settings or those with Primary Care experience. £46,000 - £52,000 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity
