Payroll Transformation Lead - 9 Month Fixed Term

King's College School in Wimbledon is seeking a Payroll Transformation Lead on a fixed term 9 month contract. You will lead discovery, design, testing, and implementation of a new MHR HR & Payroll system, ensuring data integrity, governance, and minimal disruption.

The role requires extensive payroll transformation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance to align workflows and ensure successful go live across teaching and support staff.
