Payroll Specialist

Connect Appointments have an opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to provide 2-week paternity leave cover in Glasgow City Centre!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay rate: £19.23 per hour

Working as a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing of payroll information and VAT returns
• Payment reconciliation
• Assisting in preparing payroll related reports and documents
• General administration/filing

The successful Payroll Specialist will have previous experience in administration and payroll, as well as:

• Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally using SAGE (essential)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
