We're looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a leading organisation based in Dublin, Ireland. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll knowledge who thrives on accuracy and compliance. You'll play a key role in managing UK and ROI payroll processes while ensuring data integrity and supporting internal teams.
Location and Working Pattern: Dublin, Ireland - On Site
Client OverviewOur client is a well-established organisation with operations across Ireland and the UK, committed to delivering high-quality services across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for UK and ROI employees.
- Validate, input and reconcile payroll data with accuracy.
- Process salaries, overtime, bonuses, and statutory payments.
- Prepare BACS files and deliver payroll reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UK and ROI payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
- Administer employee benefits and pension contributions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in relevant systems.
- Assist with payroll audits and support GDPR compliance processes.
- Proven experience in payroll processing for UK and/or ROI.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation in these jurisdictions.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and payroll systems experience.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication ability, both verbal and written.
- Payroll qualification, such as IPASS or CIPP certification.
- Familiarity with additional European payrolls.
- Experience using Coins payroll system.
- Analytical and problem-solving strengths.
