Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on payroll specialist with an analytical mindset to join our global team. If you are proficient in the SAP/SuccessFactors ecosystem and want a role where technical precision meets HR strategy, this is the place for you!

Main Responsibilities

• Complete payroll processing ensuring compliance with global policies.

• Manage contracts, amendments, and terminations, as well as payroll variables.

• Fulfill reporting obligations (DMR, DRI, and R.U) and serve as the technical interface for audits.

• Absence tracking, benefits (insurance and pension funds), and wage garnishments.

• Perform cost simulations and transform data into KPIs to support decision-making.

We Are Looking For:

• Management, HR, or related fields.

• Must have at least five years of experience in complex payroll operations. International experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors required.

• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions.

• Solid knowledge of labor and tax laws (income tax and Social Security).

• Fluent English is required for a multinational environment.

• Willingness to work on-site is essential for this position.
