What will you do?


  • Collect and record payroll input in ADP Celergo and local vendor systems
  • Ensure reconciliation and validation of payroll data according to predefined standards
  • Focus on quality, accuracy and timeliness of payroll related activities as assigned
  • Support payment administration for salary payment, tax, social security and off cycle transfers
  • Prepare & review monthly GL output and support the Accounting team with reconciliation of salary costs
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing of the global & local benefit schemes, pension enrolments and contributions in the NL, US and UK
  • Communicating with and supporting employees regularly regarding pay, taxes, deductions, and benefits, guiding on payroll-related issues
  • Serve as first point of contact for international payroll partners
  • Ensuring payroll compliance with local laws
  • Participate in implementation projects, onboarding of new countries into the payroll system, migration of employee populations between entities, system transitions
  • Contributing to building foundations for scalable payroll processes & payroll improvements


Who are you?


  • You have at least 5 years of demonstrable payroll experience, ideally in a similar role within an international environment.
  • You have experience with HR & payroll software
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • You have extensive knowledge of Excel
  • You have a service-oriented work ethic, striving to support colleagues and managing expectations effectively
  • You are skilled at handling the pressure and stress of the monthly payroll cycle thriving in a rapidly changing environment where strict deadlines and ambiguity are the norm
  • You possess an intrinsic drive to improve, develop and initiate new processes, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, is a plus
  • We're especially happy if you bring experience with FR payroll to the table
  • Experience with ADP is a plus

  • 1st Interview with our Payroll Specialist and our Internal Recruiter (1 hour)
  • 2nd Interview with our Finance Director and Manager Recruiter (1 hour)
  • 3rd Interview with our Chief Finance Officer (1 hour)
