Redditch £30,000 Hybrid after probation

We're recruiting a Payroll Officer to join a friendly HR team supporting a workforce of approximately 800 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end monthly payroll processing
• Managing timesheets and payroll queries
• Processing SSP, maternity pay, student loans and pension contributions
• Producing payroll reports and reconciliations
• Using Sage HR, Sage Payroll and Excel daily

About You

• Experienced in end-to-end payroll
• Confident using Sage Payroll
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused
• Friendly team player with a positive attitude
