• Lead the transition from Access (Select Pay) to Itrent
• Provide process mapping for the new ITrent/MHR procedure where necessary
• Support payroll team training
• Work to regulatory rules
• Bring experience of People's Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme and implement processes and guidance
