Your Responsibilities Payroll - Payslip - Reporting - PFS - Management

• Lead and support your team by overseeing all aspects of payroll processing for a dedicated portfolio of clients
• Review and validate salary calculations performed by the team to ensure precision and compliance
• Manage the full onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and a high standard of service
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring responsiveness and high service satisfaction
• Actively participate in expanding the payroll service line by identifying new opportunities and contributing to client retention and growth strategies.
  
  

Profile and Career Path Payroll - Payslip - Reporting - PFS - Management

• To be considered for this role you should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• For this role you should have at least 6 years of experience in the payroll sector in Luxembourg.
• You should be fluent in French with professional-level proficiency in English.
• It's essential to have a diverse experience in payroll, including exposure to different collective agreements and payroll aspects.
• To be the ideal candidate you should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
