Payroll Leader - 15-Month FTC, Hybrid Role

SIS is recruiting a Payroll Manager to lead the payroll function for a 15-month maternity cover. The role is based in Salford with hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a 37.5-hour week. You will own payroll processing, ensure compliance and drive payroll improvements.

Reporting to the Head of Group Finance, you will develop the payroll function, coach the team and partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely payroll and robust controls.
