Responsibilities

As the Payroll Lead, you will:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of payroll across several international regions.
• Build and maintain clear payroll processes, documentation, and controls.
• Partner with People, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accuracy.
• Review payroll outputs, resolve discrepancies, and deliver timely reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across payroll and benefits operations.

About You

To thrive as the Payroll Lead, you bring:

• 2+ years' experience in payroll, finance, or people operations.
• Strong Excel capability (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience managing payroll data and working with external providers.
• Confidence working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A structured, solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
