Job Description

For this role, you will work with a leading international scale-up in the staffing industry, supporting payroll operations at significant scale.

We're looking for a Payroll Coordinator who values accuracy, ownership, and operational discipline in a remote, high-standards environment.

Tasks
  • Enter and validate daily working hours in payroll systems
  • Review punches, breaks, overtime, and anomalies with strong attention to detail
  • Resolve clocking errors and payroll discrepancies
  • Process holidays, sick leave, and additional payments accurately
  • Prepare and send daily, provisional, and final payroll reports within strict deadlines
  • Ensure workers are paid correctly and on time
  • Liaise with internal teams and client stakeholders on payroll-related queries
  • Monitor regulatory thresholds (e.g. tenure-based pay adjustments) and ensure correct pay rates
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and auditable payroll records
Requirements
  • Experience in payroll, workforce administration, or finance operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong process discipline
  • Comfortable working with payroll systems and operational reports
  • Clear written communication in English
  • Reliable, structured, and deadline-driven
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
