As an HR & Payroll Consultant, you will be a key player in delivering tailored HR and payroll consulting solutions that drive client success and business transformation.

• Providing expert HR and payroll advisory services, adapted to each client's specific business context.
• Conducting detailed analyses of HR processes to identify efficiency gains and implement best-in-class solutions.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR and payroll system integration.
• Keeping up to date with regulatory developments and market trends, ensuring compliance and strategic foresight.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships based on credibility and partnership.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and payroll consulting or a similar environment.
• Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Client-focused, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced international setting.
