Payroll & Reward Lead (Public Sector, 6m Contract)

Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) seeks a HR Pay and Reward Manager to lead payroll remediation for 3,000 staff. You will administer payments, craft employee communications, answer complex pay queries, and ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements under Inside IR35.

You will collaborate with HMRC, pension providers, and external stakeholders while delivering clear guidance on tax, NI, pensions, and holidays. This role is based in Southampton with 3 days per week onsite.
