Payroll & People Operations Specialist - Hybrid

Carwow Group is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own UK payroll, benefits and lifecycle support. You'll drive accurate monthly payroll and serve as the go to for employee pay queries, benefits questions, and documentation across the lifecycle.

You'll work in a fast moving, scale up environment, improving processes with AI tooling while maintaining exceptional data integrity and employee experience.
