Payroll & Pensions Specialist - Hybrid & Flexible Leave

NRG is recruiting an experienced Payroll & Pensions Technician to join a well-established organisation during an important period of HR and payroll transformation. The team is implementing a new HR and payroll system, moving from iTrent to People First.

You will support the accurate and timely delivery of a monthly payroll for approximately 1,300 employees, while ensuring pension administration and compliance throughout the transition.
