Payroll & Benefits Lead - 6-Month Contract

Heat Merchants Group is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will process monthly payroll for 340+ employees and handle benefits administration across a nationwide branch network in Ireland.

Working with Finance, HR and external providers, the role ensures compliant, accurate payroll operations with timely reporting and issue resolution, while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
