We are looking for a Payroll Administrator. To assist with the daily operations of the Payroll Department covering circa 4,000 team members.

Providing Payroll support, liaising with Centre Managers, ensuring weekly schedules are submitted accurately and on time. Ensuring our Team Members are paid accurately and on time. Calculate wages, manage deductions, handle queries.

Requirements of the Role
  • Previous payroll experience is essential, ideally with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A good understanding of statutory and legislative payroll regulations.
  • Experience using Fourth, or another payroll system, particularly when working with large data sets.
  • Highly organised, with a logical, methodical approach to work.
  • Able to prioritise workloads effectively and use initiative when required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A positive team player who is approachable, supportive and willing to work collaboratively.
Duties Will Include
  • Monitoring the submission of weekly schedules to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Providing first-line support for payroll queries in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Ensuring updates to payroll records are processed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Carrying out payroll checks ahead of submission deadlines to help maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Building positive working relationships with managers, providing support and guidance where needed.
