At Fawkes & Reece we are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a reputable regional contractor, expanding their longstanding Finance team. As Payroll administrator you will provide support to the finance team and the wider business assisting with the process of payroll payments and providing generic administrative support.

Responsibilities for Payroll Administrator
  • Provide support throughout the entirety of the payroll process
  • Ensure accuracy and diligence when processing monthly & weekly payroll also ensuring the submissions meet deadlines
  • Monitor and process all areas of deductions and increases, such as bonuses & allowances
  • Offer support and carry out additional administrative support as and when required
Requirements for Payroll Administrator
  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential
  • Former practice within the construction industry would be preferable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst juggling priorities
