Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will be part of a small but influential payroll team committed to accuracy and compliance.

About you
  • Proven experience processing payroll within medium to large organisations
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookups, and graphs
  • Good understanding of employment law, statutory entitlements, and payroll legislation
  • Demonstrated confidentiality and data protection awareness
What you'll do
  • Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and company policies
  • Review payroll data, including pay elements, deductions, and statutory payments
  • Support payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain employee holiday, absence, and leave records
  • Assist with payroll system improvements and project implementations
  • Generate payroll reports and respond to employee queries promptly
  • Support the Time and Attendance system and provide training where needed
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to optimise efficiency and accuracy
