Payroll Administrator - Hybrid Glasgow

Opportunity for an Payroll Administrator to join our Finance Team in central Glasgow. The role is permanent and Hybrid (2 days per week in the office).
Job Description
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following -
- Experience in payroll processing and working closely with external payroll provider
- General accounting experience, fixed asset, general ledger management and supporting month end close
- Ability to manage their own workload
- Can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in excel
Job Responsibilities
- Payroll processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany recharge invoices
- Support month end close
- Fixed asset management
- Month end reconciliations
- Supporting year end external audit
- Maintain mailboxes with finance department
- Intermediary reporting
